It was a Friday night, and Selena hadnt seen her bestfriend Demi in what seemed like forever. The two girls hardly found time to spend with eachother in their very busy schedules. But tonight they pushed everything else aside so that they could hang out at Selena's house.
She didnt have any brothers or sisters, so it was pretty quiet and they were free to do whatever they wanted. So she axiously waited in her kitchen for the arrival of her friend. While she waited, she grabbed a Pepsi from her fridge and hopped up to sit on the counter. But then her mom came in shooing her off of it. She side-smiled, "Sorry mom." she apologised to her mother then went to sit in the living room. |

Demi ran out of the car. "Bye mom thanks for the ride!" She yelled. She decided she didn't want to drive because she just didn't feel like it. She ran to the door and knocked. She knew she didn't have to, but it was a habit. She turned the door knob and walked in. She saw Selena sitting on the couch. "Selly! My sexy wife!" She said running over laughing and giving her a hug. "I haven't seen you forever!!" She yelled after wrapping her arms around her friend. "So hows life?" She said sitting down next to her and taking a sip from the Pepsi can she had in her hands . |

Selena's eyes flew open as she heard a firmilar car door shut. "Demi's here!" she yelled and set her can of Pepsi down with excitement that almost got the Pepsi out of the can. She stood up as her friend walked in. "Demi!" she yelled back, giving her friend a hug. "I know! I missed you!" she laughed. "Life is...crazy. To say the least." she replied to her running her hand through her black hair. It was like one moment she was in one state, and the next, she was twelve states away from that one. But despite all this, she still loved every second of it. |

]Demi listened and then nodded her head. "God I know. Have you seen the tabloids, did you here, apparently me and Joe are dating! Sorry I didn't tell you." Demi laughed and shook her head. Some of the stuff the new said was funny, but at the same time was stupid and untrue. "I'm telling you, there desperate for new so they go photo shop pictures and then make up stupid stories about it. I mean, I like Joe, but we starred in a movie together, we didn't get married!" Demi laughed and looked at her friend, "So how about you, hows Wizards?" She asked her. |

"Oh yeah." Selena shook her head. "I'm having a Jobromance also!" she laughed. "Just because I played Nick's girl in Burning Up, we have been secretly dating for monthes." she rolled her eyes. True, she did have a crush on him, but as far as she knew, nobody else but her knew. "They're calling us Nelena. You wont believe the photoshopped photos of us." She told her friend, "And why didnt they call us Selick?" she laughed with her. "Wizards is awesome. We're having so much fun. How is...well geeze you're doing numerous things. How's everything?" |

"Hmm... To some it ups in one word... okay i can't do that. It's just been really annoying and amazing and crazy, and blah blah blah... enough about our celebrity lives, you got a boyfriend?" She asked Selena with an eyebrow raise. Demi new that Selena like someone she just couldn't figure out who. She could tell Selena always acted differently when she was keeping something inside and not telling Demi. Of course Demi wasn't mad that Selena wasn't telling her. She just felt a bit hurt that she didn't seem to trust her enough to tell her best friend. But Selena wasn't going to know that. |

Selena giggled. You really couldn't sum up their lives in one word. It really was hectic and amazing, and totally unreal. She slowly shook her head at Demi's question. "Come on, if I did, I'm sure you'd know about it." she sighed. "What with me being 'The New Miley Cyrus.' " she rolled her eyes, putting air quotes around the last part. Everyone kept comparing her to Miley. The paparazzi even asked her what she thought of Miley and everything. |

"Eww, really?" She said. She thought about Miley she honestly didn't care for Miley that much. "Miley isn't my favorite person," she smirked with a nod. "She is kind of... a snob." She laughed. She wasn't a 100% sure what Selena thought about Miley, but she didn't have to agree with Demi. Demi didn't care what Selena thought, unless it was about her of course.
"I can't wait until we start filming out movie together." She told Demi. Disney was making the to stars of a new movie, that honestly had like 100 different names that the producers continued to change. So naming it wasn't an option because tomorrow it will probably be something different one again.

Selena side-smiled and nodded. All the tabloits were making it out that Miley hated Selena. Which, she wasnt quite sure if she did or not. She knew that Demi didnt favor her much though. 'She is kind of... a snob.' Sel thought about it, "I guess she comes off a bit like that." It might be the part of her that was jealous of Miley for dating Nick, but it didnt matter.
"I know! You get to teach me how to be a princess." she laughed. "You being a princess.." she laughed, "It's a good thing you're a great actress!" she joked with her friend. "But I think we've settled on a name." Lena replied. But knowing the producers, they'll probobly change it tomorrow. |
