Westridge Academy is the most prestigious school in all of California. Those who come here have something good going for them and most of all the students have families who have the money to send them here. Money isn't everything when you come into the school, they only accept the best of the best, not just anyone is allowed in. Of course there are some who can't afford it but the school board has their eyes on them so they offer full time scholarships. This is rare but it happens. You have to work hard to get in but work even harder to stay in the whole time, slackers are not allowed.
From those who are on the outside it seems like your typical state of the art boarding school but with a lot more security. Everyone thinks that it's so great and they really are never able to wait to send their children to the school but what they don't know is that when the parents are away everything is different. A lot of the children from grades sixth on up use the time away from the parents as a bit of a breaking out and partying type opportunity. Yes they are still the one who ask their Daddy for money every chance they get but that is only a mere illusion to get the suspicions down.
That is until the previous Principal died and his daughter took over for him...
Upon the passing of Principal Jones his daughter Adriana stepped up to the challenge of becoming the new principal and a mindset to change the ways of the students. This woman as young as she is is hard to get around and does not take no for an answer. When the school board talks of shutting the school down she has it set to do anything she could to keep it open and prove to them that the students are not as terrible as they seem, thought she doesn't believe it herself.
Like every school there are your classic cliques and rivalry within them. First you have the preps, the jocks, the rebels, the scene kids(emo's), the averages, the nerds, the artistic kids and then the girls who run the school. In this case there are four girls and then the group who is determined to make and watch them fall. Everyone wants to be friends with these girls but they don't let just anybody in, it is not as simple as that but as they year goes on it shows that people will do just about anything to say that they are one of them.
